These Detailed Specifications will describe the requirements for one (1) formulation using proper concentrate OR a group pf Chemicals which when properly combined with water following a specific formulation will produce the finished product listed below: FORMULA 6: Environmentally Responsible Floor Finish Meets OGS Standards Products must meet or exceed the performance of current formulations being produced by the State. The finished product will be manufactured at Great Meadow Correctional Facility, Division of Industries, Soap Shop, Comstock, NY 12821. The product being offered must be able to be produced utilizing existing equipment present in the Soap Shop at the time of bid opening.
