The Board of Trustees of Henry Ford College hereby invites the submission of Sealed Bids for the Sisson Gallery Renovation project from qualified, responsible contractors with the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of the proposed procurement. Deadline for Questions & RFIs: December 20, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. Questions regarding specifications, scope of work or bid procedures should be directed to the Purchasing Director. Purchasing will send written instruction or addendum to all bidders. The College will not be responsible for oral interpretations. Proposals must include a certified check, bank draft or satisfactory surety bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. Any bid submitted will be binding for at least sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening.
