Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Saskatoon wants to improve neighbourhood storm water drainage and reduce the flood risk at the intersections of Cascade Street-Dufferin Avenue and Bute Street-Dufferin Avenue. In this project, the Contractor will excavate Weaver Park and install 1200mm & 900mm storm sewer pipe with other required underground infrastructure followed by concrete replacement, reconstruction of road and resurfacing. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of until September 12, 2023. The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
