Renovation of a medical facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Reference number : 1672327 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-04 Fan Replacement 50 HP and Above, Wing 6 - Phase 1 (Unit 19) (031158) at Fleurimont Hospital. Completion time: nineteen (19) months from the date of signature of the contract. The one and only 60HP supply fan in the central air unit of the Ventilation Unit (UV19) is undergoing a replacement project due to its obsolescence, inability to modulate and lack of lack of redundancy options. The work is intended to correct all of these deficiencies and minimize the risk of risk of a breakdown that could occur at any time, given the advanced wear and tear of some of its components such as the motor shaft and the cage. The existing fan will be replaced by a group composed of 6 fans, each with variable speed drives. In order to do this, the housing of the ventilation unit undergo a major modification in order to adapt it to the structure and dimensions of the new equipment. This involves additional plumbing work such as rerouting the pipes to create a work space around the ventilation unit. Without being exhaustive, supply and installation of variable speed drives and distribution will be required in electricity. The work will be completed by adding and revising the control sequences in order to operate the new devices. *Award is subject to final approval.
