Any additional information relating to this call for tenders may be obtained by communicating, in writing only , with the general management, by e-mail chantal.bedard@st-sulpice.com or by fax at 450 589-9647. Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. When a response has the effect of modifying the requirements of the estimate, this response must be presented in the form of an addendum. Bids must be submitted in two (2) copies (one (1) original and one (1) copy). Only tenders presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or having an establishment in a province covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the municipality will be considered.
