The specifications and Plans can be mailed at an additional charge to cover the cost of postage and handling or downloaded electronically, after receipt of payment. Make checks payable to the A.M. Engineering. Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The principal items of work for the Lander County Civic Center Retrofit Project will consist of (including bid alternates): the demolition operations and installation of approximately 885 SF of Commercial Retrofit, as outlined in the plans and specifications. The project will be maintained within the existing parcel, held west of Broad Street in Battle Mountain, NV. The project will also include ADA Restroom Facilities, Plumbing, HVAC and structural componentry. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier s check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
