The CMAR services will be for the construction management of the Perkins Family Clinic (PFC) and Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma Childcare (ITO-C) After-School Program. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The PFC ITO-C Project is a new construction of full-service healthcare and afterschool childcare facilities, and related infrastructure located in Perkins, Oklahoma. The address to the main facility where work will be performed is located Perkins, Oklahoma. SCOPE OF SERVICE The scope of work encompasses assistance in preconstruction planning, bidding, construction, and closeout/warranty phases of the project deemed to be in the best interest of the ITO. Interested Parties should provide a Letter of Intent on February 17th, 2023, by 5 pm. It is the intent of the RFP for the CMAR services submission to include a detailed list of all expected costs or expenses related to the proposed contract. A schedule of values for the CMAR's sub-consultants with more than $5,000 worth of scope will be required with all bids.
