Renovation of a municipal facility in Chestonia Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Chestonia Township is requesting bids for the replacement of the Chestonia Township Hall Roof. The bid includes the Township Hall, Library, Post Office and two attached porches (One Roof). The bid to include the complete tear off of the existing roof down to the plywood (Sheathing). Replace with 50 year Architectural Shingles. Bid to include all materials, labor, permits, disposal fees, and price per installed sheet of plywood to complete this job according to State and Local codes, along with the Shingle Manufacturers requirements. Bid to include copies of the Builder's License, Insurance, Warranty, and the date that work could start. Chestonia Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids .
