Renovation of a municipal facility in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Williston is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the purchase and rehabilitation of the following described real property. Lots 12 through 17 in Block 9 of the Original Townsite to the City of Williston, Williams County, North Dakota. The property address is 202 1st Ave E, Williston, ND 58801. The property is commonly referred to as the old Ford building Proposals must address each of the following criteria set forth below. 1. Information describing yourself and your business associates related to this project. 2. Provide education, experience, and qualifications. 3. Describe your model / vision for the intended use of the property. 4. Include information on past projects completed in Williston and/or other communities 5. Include in your plan a pro forma budget as it relates to construction and operational costs, as well as an estimated construction timeline. 6. Include a letter of credit from a participating lender institution. 7. A clear and concise rationale how the City of Williston will benefit through the selection of your proposal. Conformity to RFP. Proposed use of the structure and how it compliments/benefits the community. Experience Level in construction, business, and finance as it relates to the proposed project. Familiarity with the area. Knowledge and experience with local government. Depth of knowledge related to pricing and cost associated with the project. Experience and proposed practices regarding o Engaging community stakeholders. o Building effective community partnerships and collaboration. o Utilizing local suppliers. The City of Williston is not obligated to enter into any agreement with any entity because of this process or provide any assistance (financial or otherwise) to any entity. The City of Williston is not under any circumstances, responsible for costs borne by proposers for preparing responses to this solicitation or any costs associated with the selection process. Each proposer shall bear its own such costs. Each proposer shall hold the City of Williston harmless from all liability, damage, claim, loss and/or expense incurred by or on behalf of such proposer in connection with or relative to this RFP. All materials submitted in response to this solicitation will become the property of the City of Williston and subject to open meeting record laws. The City of Williston assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery service. Postmarking by the due date will not substitute for actual receipt by the designated due date and time. By submitting a response to this RFP, each proposer expressly waives all rights that it may have to object, protest or seek legal remedies whatsoever regarding any aspect of this RFP, including without limitation, the City of Williston's selection of a developer, the City of Williston's rejection of any or all submittals and any subsequent agreement that might be entered into as a result of this RFP.
