Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hayden, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes three separate bid schedules 1, 3 and 4 for improvements as shown in the AD Set. Bid schedule 2 in Not in Contract. The work includes construction of up to approximately 3000 square yards of 6' wide and 6" thick concrete sidewalk, 4200 linear feet curb and gutter and concrete ramps, 3000 linear feet of underground storm sewer, 1400 tons of asphalt, paving, signage, traffic control, erosion control, utility and drainage work. The project is within CDOT Right-of-Way and Easements. The Town of Hayden reserves the right to award all three bid schedules or any combination of the three bid schedules that meet the Town of Hayden's budget to the lowest responsible bidder.
