The contractor is furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, overhead to include travel, and incidentals as necessary to complete the following: 1. Pump out sewer from both the main septic tank and the liquid section. Discharge at authorized dump station per federal and state regulations. 2. Install the baffle to reduce the chance of solids flowing into the liquid side. 3. Pull both pumps and remove any debris. Reinstall. 4. Clean the liquid side of any solid debris. 5. Check operations of the pump systems. Ensure that the pumps come on as designed and that the high water alarm come on. Adjust floats so that they are not caught on piping, electric lines, or other obstructions. The work will take place at the Pavilion, bldg. 15, 10125 Mackall Road, located in Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM). The contractor will adhere to the national, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes as applicable to this work. The contractor will install all material and complete all work in a first class manner. Any materials or equipment installed that does not present an orderly and reasonably neat workmanlike appearance and operation must be removed and replaced when so directed by the Executive Director of JPPM or a designee at the contractor's expense. The contractor will complete this work within 60 calendar days upon receiving the authorization to proceed. The contractor or subcontractor must be licensed in Maryland or certified, depending on the nature of the work to be performed, and designate an individual as their Master License or Certificate holder who will be responsible for all services to be performed as described herein
