MDOT/SHA Snow Hill Shop is currently soliciting bids for supply and delivery of Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings for the Worcester County Maryland location. The Maryland State Highway Administration is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Eaton Weatherhead / Danfoss Brand hydraulic hose, fittings, and related product line items for its Snow Hill Shop in Worcester County, Maryland. This contract will only cover items that are part of the Eatons Weatherhead/Danfoss Industrial Products line. The contract established from this solicitation will begin approximately January 2023 lasting 3 years or when the total bid amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Estimated amounts in the bid form are used for bid evaluation only; there are no minimum quantities guaranteed. The estimate may not represent the actual quantities experienced once the contract is awarded as the actual requirements will change with operational needs. The intended contract period will be for a period not to exceed 3 years. The sole point of contact for purposes of this IFB is the Procurement Officer Tony Turner. The Procurement Officer may be contacted at telephone number 410-632-0511 There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting for this Contract. Vendors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Oral, fax, telegraphic, mailgram or E-mail bids will not be accepted. Bids, requests for withdraws, and modifications not received by the time and at the place indicated are late and may only be considered in accordance with COMAR 21.05.02.10. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with COMAR 21.05.07 – Small Procurement Regulations ($50,000 or Less).
