Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,686-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a 10,686sf new co-located Emergency Operations and Regional Fire Communication Center (EO & RFCC) attached to the County's existing Emergency Operations Center (EOC). work includes but is not limited to: Grading and utility infrastructure, concrete foundations, wood and steel framing, exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing systems. This project is pursuing LEED GOLD, ILFI ANE, and ILFI ZNC.
