Location: The Work locations include, but are not limited to, locations within the right-of-ways on the following streets and easements in the Town of Lincoln, Maine: 1. Lincoln Street 2. Main Street 3. Whalen Street 4. Porter Street 5. Lakeview Street 6. MacKenzie Ave 7. Wilson Street 8. Taylor Street 9. Ayer Street 10. Perry Street 11. Hale Street 12. Enfield Road Refer to the Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Schedule at the end of this Section and Figure 1 in the Appendix for a listing of the sewer segments to be relined, and their general locations, respectively. B. Work Included: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Sewer System Rehabilitation: a. Sewer pipe rehabilitation including relining, as identified herein. b. Refer to the Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Schedule at the end of this Section for additional information. 2. Cleaning and CCTV inspection of sanitary sewers. 3. Sewer service reinstatement, including grouting and sealing of voids at the interface of the service laterals and new sewer main liner. 4. All related site work including removal and disposal of accumulated debris from cleaning operations, loam/seeding, and landscaping. 5. Other miscellaneous work shown in the Specifications for a complete and operational system. C. Removals, Relocations and Rearrangements 1. Examine the existing site for the work of all trades which will influence the cost of the work under the bid. This work shall include removals, relocations and rearrangements which may interfere with, disturb, or complicate the performance of the work under the general bid involving systems, equipment and related service lines, which shall continue to be utilized as part of the finished project. Provide in the bid a sufficient amount to include all removals, relocations, rearrangements and reconnections herein specified, necessary or required to provide approved operation and coordination of the combined new and existing systems and equipment. 3. Provide in the bid a sufficient amount to include all temporary facilitiesrequired to maintain flows during the construction period, including bypass pumping, temporary piping, etc. The cost shall include the cost for all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary.
