Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) Odor Control and HVAC Upgrade Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Sitework, Concrete, Misc Metals, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, EPDM Roofing, HM Doors, HM Frames, Hardware, Gypsum Board, Acoustical Tile, FRP Panels. Painting, Odor Control System, I&C Controls, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Project is Prevailing Rate Project is tax exempt. The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting formal bids to furnish and install a new activated carbon odor control system and HVAC equipment at their Water Pollution Control Facility including associated demolition work, concrete, ductwork, piping, controls and electrical conduit and wire as shown on the contract drawings and listed in the contract technical specifications. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 1-25-2023.
