Install 60 mil PVC Membrane with a 20yr NDL warranty. Approximate size of reroofing is 16,000/SF. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
