This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Cookeville, Tennessee. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
Please bid to provide the following to Tennessee Technological University for a Contract period from date of final signature through five (5) years thereafter. Prices submitted by Contractor are to remain firm for a one (1) year period. Contractor may request a price increase, annually thereafter, to the extent such increase has been experienced by Contractor and can be substantiated in writing. Tennessee Tech may accept requested price increase or choose to rebid, at its sole discretion. Note: This is not an order. This RFQ is to establish firm, fixed pricing for a specified term. Orders will be placed on an "as needed" basis by Tennessee Tech. Electrical Supplies Please provide unit bid prices on attached Cost Sheet. Unit bid prices are to include all shipping and handling cost necessary to make delivery FOB Cookeville, Tennessee 38505. Please also provide your part number as it will show on invoices, should you be awarded the Contract. For evaluation purposes only, for any item where Bidder does not provide a unit price, the highest price submitted by all other Bidders for that item will be substituted. Note: Tennessee Tech reserves the right to initiate negotiations with the next ranked Bidder should University cease doing business with the Bidder selected via this RFQ process.
