The SNRHA is seeking proposals from qualified companies, State of Nevada Contractors Licensed for Painting Interior and Exterior and Stucco Repairs to provide the required services. SNRHA reserves the right to award more than one contract for this service. Interior and Exterior Painting 1.Vacant Units Approx. 99 Per Month 2.Exterior Buildings Residential and Single Family Homes At SNRHA discretion it may award more than one (1) contract for this service. SNRHA has federally funded housing Public Housing which is subject to Davis Bacon Wages Rates and Requirements; Non-Federally funded -Affordable Housing that is not restricted to Davis Bacon Wage. Based on these requirements bidder must provide separate cost for both. No pre-bid meeting will be conducted. All questions must be submitted through electronically by January 9, 2022 @ 10:00 AM (PST) All responses to questions will be issued electronically in the form of an Addendum. A bond with good and solvent surety authorized to do business in this State of Nevada, or submit other security, defined as a cashiers check, money order or certified check, endorsed to the SNRHA. The bond or surety must be in an amount equal to 25% of the total value of the bid and A bond posted or other security must be submitted with the protest. SNRHA shall hold the bond or other security until a determination is made on the protest. The SNRHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the SNRHA to be in its best interests.
