City of Cocoa Fiber Optic/Multi-Pair Network Cable, Equipment, Materials, Supplies, Installation, and Maintenance ITB # B-23-05-COC s requesting bids from firms to provide the City's Information Technology Department with Fiber Optic Network Equipment, Material, Supplies, Installation, and Maintenance. All work shall be conducted according to the scope of work which is made part of the contract by reference. The term of this contract shall be for an initial three (3) year agreement with two (2) one (1) year renewal options for a total not to exceed five (5) years. Small Business Set Asides (i.e. Woman Owned, Minority, Veteran, Disadvantaged etc.) are encouraged to submit bid/proposals concerning this solicitation. One or more of the City Council members may be present at the bid/proposal opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals, with or without a cause; to waive technical errors and informalities; and to award bid/proposals to the lowest responsive, responsible bid/proposer.
