San Jacinto Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors for Wide Area Network services creating an E-LAN mesh between schools and service locations for E-Rate Funding Year 26 (2023-2024). District currently has seventeen (17) schools and operational facilities, including the District Office, that are currently connected by a fully managed private WAN connected via 10 Gbps point to point fiber connections provided by Crown Castle and Spectrum Communications, with one (1) elementary school planned. Interested parties are solely responsible for obtaining the RFP documents in time to submit a proposal by the deadline indicated below. All proposals must be provided on the RFP forms. District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors covering the following terms: Three (3) year term plus two (2) - one year optional extensions and a five (5) year term. All questions regarding this RFP shall be e-mailed to ERate@sanjacinto.k12.ca.us. The subject line must read "RFP 2023-SJUSD-WAN". Deadline for questions is 10:00 AM, PST on Monday, January 9, 2023. Any question submitted after the deadline will not receive a response. Oral and/or telephonic requests will not be accepted. If, in the event that there is a discrepancy in documentation posted in multiple locations, the controlling (master) document will always be located at the District All answers will be posted to the District website and USAC's EPC Portal on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality, or clerical error in any RFP Proposal Package, as the interest of District may require. Any proposer may withdraw his/her proposal, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
