For Off-Site Centrifuge Rebuild It is the intent of the City of Sugar Land to qualify one (1) vendor to remove off-site, inspect, rebuild and reinstall one Andritz D7LLC30CHP Centrifuge located at 14601 Voss Rd., Sugar Land, Texas, 77498. Vendors are requested to submit a bid that meets all requirements contained herein. Bids submitted shall be complete and include all normally anticipated costs associated with the bid including removal and delivery to off-site facility for inspection and repair, return and reinstallation at City of Sugar Land SWTP. This contract will commence on the latest date executed by both parties and continue until the work has been completed. Each bid shall be sealed and manually signed by a person having the authority to bind the firm in a contract. All bids shall be signed and dated. Bids that are not signed and dated will be rejected. FACSIMILE TRANSMITTALS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED Please note that all the bids must be received at the designated location by the deadline shown. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered for the award of the contract, and shall be considered void and unacceptable.
