Renovation of a civil project in Painted Post, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists principally of the replacement of an existing pump station with a submersible pump station and valve vault. The project also includes the installation of approximately 70 linear feet of 4-inch DIP force main, installation of approximately 25 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer, installation of a new generator and generator pad, installation of a new control panel, installation of a concrete pad around the new pump station, and installation of a 6' tall vinyl fence. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under each contract. Check for Plans and Specifications shall be made payable to the Village of Riverside. If you would like Plans and Specifications mailed to you, please enclose an additional check for twenty-five ($25) per set made payable to Rotolite Elliott. This option is only available through Rotolite Elliott. Bidding Documents also may be examined online with an online payment by visiting ELECTRONICALLY the successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Village of Riverside is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Village of Riverside reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Village of Riverside further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests. All bidding questions or Requests for Information must be submitted by 5:00pm on January 10th, 2023. Questions or requests for additional submitted after this date / time may not receive a response.
