The location of the work is the Okotoks Wastewater Treatment Plant at #200, 1118 North Railway Street, Okotoks, AB. Everest Construction Management Ltd. is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Industrial Coatings Contractors for the provision of construction services including supply of labour and materials to complete refurbishments to a number of items within the existing APC-01 (Primary Clarifier) wastewater processing vessel. As described in the attached photos, drawings, specifications, and details, work includes: Structural Steel Coating Sandblasting and preparation of complete steel Rake and drive mechanism Sandblasting and preparation of existing walkway after structural steel repairs have been completed Sandblasting and coating of complete existing launder steel Coating of all steel with specified coating Wet mil testing and QC report Concrete Coatings Sandblasting and preparation of concrete floor Sandblasting and preparation of 1m height of walls from the floor slab Coating of all concrete with the specified coating Wet mil testing and QC report General requirements including but not limited to: All required testing and reporting requirements. Schedule and coordinate all work with Town Operations. Provide and follow a project-specific health and safety plan. Provide and follow a project-specific quality control plan.
