Renovation of an educational facility in Haines City, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
On behalf of the Polk County School Board, Williams Company Tampa, the Construction Manager for the Davenport School of the Arts & the Alta Vista Elementary School Walkway Canopy projects, is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying all interested subcontractors for these projects. The scopes of work include, but are not limited to, demolition, concrete, aluminum canopies, and electrical. MBE/WBE Participation is strongly encouraged. Sealed Bids are to be uploaded electronically or hand-delivered to the School Board of Polk County. DO NOT send bids directly to Williams Company Tampa. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
