Remove all existing gutters and downspouts and replace with new gutters and downspouts on all buildings. 2. Install new gutter guards at each downspout. 3. Replace damaged or missing splash blocks with concrete splash blocks. 4. All existing wood trim is to be removed and replaced with new Hardi-Board or equal. This includes, but not limited to, existing wood trim at dormers, around doors and windows. 5. Existing wood trim around doors will be replaced with new Hardi-Board or equal with a size that is consistent with existing conditions when adjacent to stucco, masonry, or siding materials. Replace existing damaged, cracked, or missing cementitious fascia, trim board / panel, soffits, around dormers, windows, doors and porch columns with new Hardi-Board or equal; to match existing size; As Needed. 7. Exterior painting of all exterior surfaces to include all finishes, fascia, soffit, trim, louvered gable vents, dormers and vents, doors, door and window trim. DO NOT PAINT BRICK. DHA to select color. 8. A change order will not be approved for areas missed by the contractor. 9. Paint existing CMU dumpster enclosures and metal railings. DHA to select color.
