As of March 3, 2023, project was awarded to Taylor Northwest LLC, awarded amount is $1,460,576.55. The project includes construction of new gravity sewer and a small amount of pressure sewer through areas primarily served by private septic systems. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, trenching and installation of approximately 3,425 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer pipeline and 3-inch pressure sewer pipeline at depths approximately 3 - 12 feet, sewer manholes, gravity sewer services, temporary traffic control, street reconstruction, and general right of way restoration. The project will be funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, administered through Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the higher of the two prevailing wages will be required to be paid. Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened.
