The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) is inviting responses from qualified, certified vendors to lease eight (8) Certified BAR-97 Emissions Inspection Systems (EIS), including all maintenance and repair services, at seven (7) BAR locations statewide. Vendors shall also provide quarterly maintenance and repair services for five (5) DCA owned, certified Maha Dynamometers and two (2) Certified Mustang Dynamometers.
