The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, for construction services These Projects are located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Bayview Park Site improvements including clearing and grubbing, sidewalks, signage; concession building and restroom renovation such as concrete/stucco repairs, paint, floor drains, water line connection, fans, hardware replacement and others; storm drainage improvements including pipe, structures and others; fitness park improvements including curb, concrete pads and fitness equipment. Hortt Park Site improvements consisting of clearing and grubbing, installation of new furnishings including bench, bike racks, and others; hardscape including concrete pads and sidewalks, pavement markings; site lighting improvements including conduit, wires, pull boxes and others; fitness park improvements including pour-in-place surfacing and curbs, and minor building renovations including painting, concrete repairs, tiles, and others. Riverside Park Site improvements including clearing and grubbing, sidewalks, pavement marking, signage; community center renovation such as drywall and crack repairs, paint, tiles, pressure washing, installing bathroom accessories and others; playground area improvement including mulch removal, synthetic turf, curb, equipment, and others. Licensing Requirements: Possession of a Florida General Contractor is required for these Projects. There will not be a pre-bid meeting or site visit for this Invitation to Bid. A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check or bid bond for FIVE percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, shall accompany each offer.
