The advertisement is for a single contract. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This is a federally assisted project. Bidders and contractors performing work under this Invitation to Bid are bound, wherever applicable, by the requirements of: Presidents Executive Orders #12138 and #11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms, and Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, Davis Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Presidents Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
