Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mahomet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All questions are due to the Landscape Architect by Friday, January 20, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. local time, after this time no additional questions will be reviewed prior to the bid opening. This project is being funded by the Village of Mahomet. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids. Successful contract bidding firms are encouraged to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services and construction. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the contractor and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices and shall be in compliance with applicable State of Illinois Statutes pertaining to the selection of labor and prevailing rate of wages. The Village of Mahomet Parks and Recreation Department shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid properly addresses and complies with the invitation to bid and is most advantageous to the Village of Mahomet; price and other factors considered. The Village of Mahomet Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner.
