Renovation of a transportation facility in Mansfield Center, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Windham Region Transit District (WRTD) is the public transportation provider for the Mansfield, Windham area, and the University of Connecticut. Currently, 19 vehicles are parked in an open lot and require electric access to plug-in block heaters for diesel vehicles that serve the University of Connecticut. It is the intent of WRTD to procure the services of one (1) Contractor who will assume responsibility for the installment of Electrical power that needs to be brought to the Mansfield Park & Ride lot located at 28 South Frontage Road Mansfield Center CT. The Windham Region Transit District (WRTD) is seeking sealed bids for one (1) Contractor to provide Electric Access Installation services for WRTD. Please provide quotation based on rates in State contract #19PSX0002. WRTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified bidders, and to accept or reject all or any part of any bid as they may deem to be in the best interest of WRTD.
