Site work and renovation of a religious / funeral development in Taylor, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Cemetery Barn Construction. The project work includes the furnishing and installation of a 30'x 40' equipment storage barn located in the City of Taylor Cemetery. Included, but not limited to, site prep work, foundation and building engineered plans, foundation construction, electrical work includes furnishing and install of electrical service, lights, outlets, switches, wiring, electrification of automatic garage roll doors, and all other work required in accordance with the scope. 30'x40' steel building to be constructed at the City of Taylor Cemetery Three electric garage roll doors One metal man door Refer to the attached exhibit detailing the barn dimensions and requirements. Refer to the location map for proposed location of improvements. Concrete Foundation o 30'x40' foot print o Engineered foundation plan o Foundation to be code complaint for City of Taylor o Applicable site prep for the foundation and barn construction Electrification of barn (Refer to attached proposed electrical layout) o Provide materials and labor to install the following: o 200 amp lph 120/240V underground service o Four LED ceiling mounted lighting fixtures o Four exterior wall mounted lighting fixtures on photocell o Two switches to operate interior lights and exterior wall lights cutoffs o Seven 20amp 120V duplex receptacles on three separate circuits o Install GFCI Protection on duplex receptacles o One exit light mounted above the man door o One lph 50amp 240v receptacle o Wiring and electrification of three electric garage roll doors Includes three receptacles for the garage roll doors openers. o Applicable City of Taylor permit and inspections Question Deadline 03/27/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline for questions Please address questions to: Conor Stuart Municipal Engineer 737-230-7318 conor.stuart@hdrinc.com The project is included in the city's 2022-2023 capital improvement plan (CIP).
