The project will repave State Route 17M from State Route 94 to the Village/Town of Monroe line in the Village of Chester, Town of Blooming Grove, and Town of Monroe in Orange County. The work will primarily consist of milling the existing pavement and resurfacing the roadway with a warm-mix asphalt overlay to the road surface to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. Work will also include reconstructing curb ramps, where present, to be made compliant with current ADA guidelines. Additionally, general drainage improvements will be made where practicable within the scope of this maintenance paving project. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2023. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2023/2024.
