This contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of concrete box culverts, guardrail and bridge deck replacement, signage and striping, and roadway improvements as per the Construction Plans prepared by Huitt-Zollars, Inc. The project is located near Santa Rosa, New Mexico. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to Guadalupe County in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. The Bid Bond shall be on the form provided in the contract documents, a certified cashier's check or a bid bond in a form acceptable by Guadalupe County. Guadalupe County (Owner) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to delete portions of bids depending on availability of funds, to waive technicalities, to make any investigations deemed necessary of a bidder's ability to perform the work covered by the specifications and to accept the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the County.
