For the Surface Transportation Block Grant Set-aside funded Naches Community Pavilion project. The project will include demolition of an existing 5,000 SF building including haul, waste handling, and disposal plan. The work performed by the consultant will include preparing preliminary engineering design, specifications, estimate, environmental compliance, and construction services, including contract administration. Statements of Qualifications for this solicitation shall be limited to twenty (20) pages excluding a one-page cover letter and front and back covers (if used). Selection criteria will include key personnel; firm experience; familiarity with the Town of Naches and/or other similar municipalities; familiarity with WSDOT standards, federal funding, and environmental process; and past performance/references.
