Description: Perkins High School Tennis Courts - 7 total courts Repair and color surfacing General over all Specs to include: Power wash areas to the seven courts to remove all loose color, algae and mildew Install Rite way crack repair system to approximately 1,020 linear feet of cracks to the surface inside the fence area Prepare surface by scraping and sealing peeling areas around edges especially the areas around the tennis net posts Patch low areas to reduce standing water with ASBA approved patch material and to ASAB specifications Repair all center net anchors (loose, heaving, pulling out) Apply 1 coat of acrylic resurface to entire area Apply 2 coats of color plus as manufactured by Thorworks in Sandusky Ohio to existing similar colors Color surface trim around outside of fence and patio area Layout and paint white play lines per USTA guidelines The Project and work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the Tennis Court Resurfacing (the "Project"), an in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems favorable. All work will need to be finished to completion by July 31 2023
