Boiler Room Upgrades Contract #mc-0322277 Wp #n06483 The Fort of Seattle's Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's SEA) Central Mechanical Plant CMP) provides airport-wide-steam and chilled water for cool-ng, heating, and hot water pur-Doses. This project will update aging components of the boiler system to allow for the contin-med operational ability to utilize Doth natural gas and diesel fuels. effectively maintaining a layer of redundancy to the system in the event of a natural gas curtail-nent. Additionally, this project will install new and replace old steam supply and fuel flow meters, as well as upgrade the control sys-ems for all boilers so that they nay integrate with Siemens DDC System The location of the project is Seattle Tacoma International Airport at this address -17801 nternational Blvd, SeaTac. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $1.8 Million $3.6 Million. Time limit for sub-stantial completion of the work is 474 calendar days. The WMBE utilization goal is 6% for this contract. By submission of a bid, the Bidder certifies they will comply with all local, state, federal, and other laws, rules, regulations, and other requirements applicable to its operations relating to envi-ronmental responsibility, worker safety, labor, anti-discrimination and anti-human trafficking. The Bidder/Proposer is also acknowl-edging that it will adhere to the Values and Standards of the Port of Seattle. A copy of the Third-Party Expectations is included in Document 00 83 00. Any such complaint must be in riting and filed with the Port's tle VI Coordinator within one indred, eighty (180) days fol-wing the date of the alleged dis-iminatory occurrence.
