The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) / The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is requesting a proposal for building/office furnishings and furniture located at the OSHP Bucyrus DHQ Post 17 per RFP DPS #23-102. Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DPS #23-102. Each Offeror must submit a technical section and a cost section as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. The Offeror must submit the technical section as a separate electronic file from the cost section of its Proposal. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with "ODPS RFP #23-102 - Technical Proposal" and "ODPS RFP #23-102 - Cost Summary", as appropriate. Basis of Award: The contract award will be made to the Offeror based on the Price Performance Formula in Attachment 4 of RFP DPS #23-102 and is responsive and responsible meeting the requirements specified in the attached RFP. Background Check: A routine background check, at ODPS' expense, may be performed on the contract awardee. The Offeror may be required to complete a "Facility Access Request" form (Attachment 6 of RFP) furnished by the ODPS. Failure to pass the background check will result in immediate dismissal.
