Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Spartanburg County invites experienced and interested Architectural and Engineering firms to submit qualifications and methodology of pricing to assist Spartanburg County in developing conceptual plans, designs, and specifications for a new Pet Resource Center. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 26,000-square-foot recreation facility. As of January 7, 2025, a general contractor has been selected for this project, and the project has started construction. The exisistence of sub-contractors trade opportunities is not known at this time.
