Site work and paving for a civil project in South Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager for the Town of Palm Beach will be seeking qualified subcontractors/vendors. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for qualified subcontractors by January 2023 for submitting sub-bids and participating in construction of the Clarke Alley and Barton Alley Paving and Drainage Improvement Project (RFQ 2022-01). The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction Inc.; Traffic Control, Demolition, Grading, Earthwork, Roadway Reconstruction, Asphalt Milling & Paving, Drainage, and Property Restoration. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
