Site work for a civil project in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
All questions submitted before or after the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting must be submitted via email to the following email address: bwojciechowski@midlandtexas.gov Included in this Project will be Garfield Street Utility Bond Project - Break Out 02 to be performed as outlined in the Plans and Specifications, which are necessary to satisfactorily complete the work. The project will include the removal, abandonment, replacement, relocation, and installation of existing and proposed storm drain, water, and wastewater infrastructure and appurtenances including all necessary mobilization, material storage and protection, saw-cutting, pavement removal, excavation, trenching, utility removal, utility abandonment, utility installation, embedment, backfill, pavement repair, sidewalk repair, erosion control, traffic control, and job site safety. Coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as OSHA, Midland Memorial Hospital, Midland Fire Department, Midland Independent School District, franchise utilities, and One Call (Texas 811) for notifications for pending work may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the work. Notifications to adjacent property owners, as directed by City of Midland staff, and all other work is to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
