The solicitation calls for proposals with options for a one (1) year and three (3) year contract. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written notices or documents transmitted by the electronic system are incomplete and contain an error or an omission. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec, or when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQcB-1.1). The bid, to be acceptable, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft drawn on an account registered in a financial institution doing business in Quebec and payable to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Paul in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000). In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the deadline for submitting complaints to the Municipality for this call for tenders is January 3, 2023.
