The Owner anticipates that the PROJECT will include the following elements: The construction of Water Improvements to Expand the 825 Pressure Zone Capacity of the City's Water Distribution System includes the Northside II Pump Station Expansion, Ground Storage Tank, City of Richardson Water Line, NTMWD Metering Station and Water Transmission Line. The expansion to 15 MGD has been commissioned to provide increased potable water needs associated with new development and growing demands. A new 5 MG Ground Storage Tank will be constructed adjacent to the Existing Northside Facility. Approximately 6,500 linear feet (LF) 30-inch, 2,100 LF of 20-inch, and 2,100 LF of 12-inch waterline along Renner Road, generally from Northside Pump Station (Pump Station) to Alma Road and along Alma Road from Renner Road to just south of President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT).
