A. The State Fair Community College is accepting bids for Phase 2 of renovations to Fielding Technology Center. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. This project islocated in the City of Sedalia in Pettis County Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work. B. All work is indicated in the drawings and specifications. Laborers performing work at the site for this project must be paid no less than the prevailing wages, (including fringe benefits) as established in wage determinations issued by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relation of the State of Missouri.
