The approximate project limits area is two (2) acres. The Town owns the three parcels comprising the former Modern Classic Motors site. Prior to the Towns acquisition of the property, the buildings were demolished, leaving the concrete pads and steps of the former buildings, utility pedestals, and concrete and asphalt drive aisles and parking areas with some landscape islands.
