Plans call for additions & renovations at the existing elementary school. Narrative: Pogue Construction is the CMAR for the Sanger Independent School District for the Clear Creek Elementary School (currently Clear Creek Intermediate). Project consists of a 2,326 sf kitchen addition and a 22,898 sf classroom addition including a storm shelter. Portions of the existing building will be renovated for administrative purposes. A new fire sprinkler system for the existing building as well as a new fire alarm system. Work will consist of but not be limited to - interior demolition, concrete, masonry, ICF, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, millwork, waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, roofing, metal panels, doors, frames & hardware, tornado doors, overhead coiling doors, glass & glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, tile, VCT & carpet, resinous flooring, specialties, kitchen equipment, fire sprinkler including a fire pump and storage tank, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, voice & data, security, av, clock systems, fire alarm, earthwork, concrete paving, pavement markings, fences & gates, landscaping, and site utilities.
