The Town of East Hartford is seeking the services of a qualified snow operators to provide Town-wide plowing and sanding operations (collectively "Snow Plowing") during the 2022-2023 fiscal year (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023). Contractors must be skilled and experienced in working with municipalities in Connecticut and possess thorough knowledge of winter maintenance operations Requests for information (RFIs) will be accepted via email to the Purchasing Agent on or before Tuesday, December 27, 2023 The Town reserves the right to award to multiple Contractors and the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of all bids, to waive any informality, and reserves all other rights as detailed in the Bid Specifications when such action is in the best interest of the Town. The Town is an equal opportunity employer. Contractor must comply with all Federal, State and Local requirements under this contract.
