The construction manager shall provide all preconstruction phase services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all construction phase services following the award of the gmp for the facility identified in this project notification. During the architectural/engineering (a/e) design phase, the pre-construction manager will advise the a/e on the selection of the building systems and provide construction cost estimates for the schematic, design development, and construction documents deliverables. Also, update accordingly the construction schedule to be proposed for the construction phase, amongst other pre-design services as requested by the owner. The construction management services requested are for the new site development and construction of: (1) a +/-25 acre campus which will house the +/-28,750 SF transportation operations facility for the school bus fleet maintenance services, supported by a surface parking lot for 300 buses; (2) a +/- 22,500 SF administrative headquarters facility to house offices, dispatch, meeting, and training rooms, amongst other uses, supported by a surface parking lot for 375 vehicles; (3) +/-10,000 SF fueling islands, plus bus wash facility.
