The University of Texas at Austin (University or Owner) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the following project as further detailed in the attached Drawings and Specifications: Texas Global Remodel 2400 NUECES (N24) Texas Global, located in 2400 Nueces (N24), is being renovated to accommodate their mission, which is to advance UT Austins academics by leading, supporting, and coordinating the universitys international engagement efforts. Renovations will include demolition, new interior construction, hazardous materials remediation, interior modifications, MEP modifications, FFE and AV infrastructure and ITS infrastructure. All work contained to first floor only. The budget range for the project is approximately $2,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00. All work for this project must begin on or about March 3, 2023 and must be completed by the end of the day on October 27, 2023.
