Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Staunton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and 1,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The work generally consists of the renovations to the interior of the building to allow ADA accommodations, replacement of the existing windows, scrape and paint the exterior, new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing throughout the building, and the removal and replacement of the existing roof as shown and detailed on the drawings. Abatement of hazardous materials, if any, is a part of this project. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Failure to submit the bid bond on the Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO10.2 will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. (When bid bonds are requested, the awarded contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bond.)
